My terms of service are subject to change without notice. The following Terms & Conditions are the terms for artwork or designs by a1mthearrow. The following information must be read fully and accepted before continuing with a commission agreement. By commissioning me you agree to be bound to these terms.1. Who May Commission me
You may commission me if you agree to the following conditions and are a person over the age of 18 years old. This is the age required in my country to have the ability to pay me.I can refuse commissions for any reason without supplying that reason to the customer.You must have a reference image (photo, character sheet, chibi design, etc.) to commission me.2. What I will and will not drawI will draw female characters, fem presenting characters, chibis and kemonomimi.I will not draw NSFW, furries, anthros, gore, nudity, mecha, vehicles, offensive content, extremely complicated designs.I do not draw anything that is copyright or trademarked.3. Price
I am not flexible on prices unless you are a friend or mutual. If you ask for a discount I have the right to black list you.I provide one revision free of charge, after that it’s $10 per.4. Ownership
I retain the rights to any design or art piece I make unless we discussed commercial use. I have the right to use any of the images from your commission for promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed.Whoever created the original design has the rights as “designer”.Whoever created the art piece has the rights as “artist”.Never, even if you have commercial use rights are my artworks allowed to be used as NFTs.My art should not be used to train any AI (artificial intelligence) programs. If you are an ethical AI creator, please opt my art out of your programs. If you choose to use my art in training AI you run the risk of copyright infringement. This applies to commissioned art, pay to use and free assets. Please be respectful of my views on AI & my rights to my work.5. Credit
You cannot remove my signature from any art I draw for you. You must credit me for the design or art piece. You cannot resell general art pieces (if you commissioned art for a character you are selling please reach out about that as I might make exceptions on a person to person basis).No tracing, editing, or claiming art as your own.I prefer you tag me on the platform you post on you can find my links hereIf you are creditng me in general please link to my carrd6. Payment
Payment will be done via etsy listing, and you will receive your file through there. I will make a custom made to order listing for you that will later contain the files for your use.All payment must be made up front. If you have questions about cancellations and refunds please read on.7. Timeline
I do not have a strict timeline. You will receive a sketch within 2 weeks of commission and a final product within 2 months of commission unless there are extenuating circumstances, after two months if the commission is not finished I will refund full payment to you.8. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel without penalty anytime before I send you the flats.After flats you can cancel for 75% of the commissioned price.There are no refunds after I start on the fullt rendered piece (you will give me the okay to move forward prior to this)9. Publicity if we have issues
I retain the right to share your name with other artists if you do not adhere to the terms and conditions state above.Terms and Conditions were updated February 1, 2023.
